Zenith SAS Limited designed and installed a “Positive Discharge” Bucket Elevator for the elevation of catalyst material to the Reactor top platform during the TAR event in April 2019.

We provided assurance that the design had proven capability and could handle fragile catalyst material and handle dust from material without impacting machine performance.

We included the supply, installation and commissioning of the Bucket elevator at the Petroineos Grangemouth site. Catalyst dust is Carcinogenic and therefore the lifting machine had to be enclosed and not allow any dust to escape.
