Zenith Consultants are an independent structural engineering company and as well as providing a world class level of service around the globe for leading blue chip companies, our consultants provide all of the in-house requirements for the Zenith Group.

We are industry leaders in the design, installation and operation of bespoke innovative temporary suspended access platforms to gain full internal access in heaters and vessels during refinery turnarounds, particularly where time is at a premium. Comprehensive confined space control protocols are implemented.
Typically the access platforms can be installed within an extremely short period allowing more time for detailed inspections and repairs.
Zenith has decades of experience in the inspection, maintenance and repair of industrial steel chimneys. Overseen by our world leading team of structural engineers, we perform detailed inspections and structural engineering analysis, including design and execution scopes. We work for global leading companies in the power, petrochemical and cement sectors.
We are able to safely undertake complete refurbishments of flare stacks under tight time constraints. We provide all of the required services in-house including structural engineering, HSE requirements, contract management and highly skilled on-site personnel.
Zenith specialises in the installation of ground flares for the petrochemical industry. We provide a comprehensive installation service including all mechanical and welding requirements. We are proud to have constructed the largest ground flare in Europe.
