Zenith has an extremely well respected, proactive scaffolding capability providing innovative scaffold solutions to complex access issues for the cement, petrochemical, power, steel and across a wide array of industry sectors.

Our origins in the steeplejack and rope access industries have given us an undoubted edge in fields such as confined space access and the design of bespoke scaffolds and cathead systems.

Our scaffold design capability includes full engineering design, working drawings, calculations, site erection and inspection services. The engineering concepts and design of complex scaffolding works are carried out by our world class in-house engineering consultancy. This is done using traditional engineering analysis and design techniques complimented by industry standard computer-based analysis and design software. All scaffold systems are designed in line with appropriate national codes and standards.

From providing industry leading bespoke innovative access solutions for the world’s leading industrial blue chip companies to designing temporary scaffold access decks to large marine jetties, we are continually looking to innovate our designs by utilising industry first access techniques. Due to our experience and exposure in the industrial sectors we fully understand how down time and outage works
affects process and cost.

We aim to complete our designs with the minimum disruption at site level and interface closely with the clients operations teams to fully understand the design brief from the outset.
