Zenith’s Five New Apprentices Begin Their New Careers at Zenith

Zenith continues to effectively plan for the future and our apprenticeship scheme has a proven track record of training our new intake of apprentices as they progress in the company. We are delighted to welcome James Barr, Arron Maynard, Cole Chambers, Kameron Kerr and Jay Hamilton (currently work experience). As part of Zenith’s commitment to innovation and excellence, we have recently opened our ‘New Training and Testing Facility’ at our head office in Midlothian.
The new facility will prove pivotal as we continue to train and progress the next generation of expertise in the field of specialist access solutions. As part of our focus, the facility will be used extensively to train our new in-take of 5 apprentices who begun their exciting careers with Zenith in September 2025. The structure in the adjacent photograph replicates an industrial steel chimney complete with in situ specialist access fittings ready to accept interlocking steeplejack ladders and scaffolding frames.
