Zenith Group Showcases Career Paths at Dalkeith, Penicuik, and Beeslack
The Zenith Group has been out and about attending careers fairs at Dalkeith Campus, Penicuik, and Beeslack High School. Our team was on hand to guide pupils in considering their next steps after school and showcase the exciting opportunities Zenith Group has to offer.
As a global leader in specialist access and repair solutions, Zenith Group comprises four divisions: specialist industrial access and repair, engineering, mechanical and welding, and property conservation. We offer a variety of trade apprenticeships across the group, including steeplejack, rope access, and various business support apprenticeships. We are committed to taking on steeplejack and rope access apprentices each year through the OSAT route, which enhances the apprenticeship experience with additional certified training currently unavailable in any college environment.
Our apprentices are integral to our growth and success, with many advancing to senior positions within the company. Nathan Quinn and Sinead Bruce, pictured below, exemplify this pathway to future leadership. Both joined Zenith as apprentices and have progressed through the business.
Sinead joined Zenith in 2021 straight from school as an administration apprentice. She excelled and soon advanced within the company, joining our estimating department in March 2023. Sinead is now Estimating Administrator and is undertaking her professional Quantity Surveying qualification. She is a key member of our estimating and bidding team, working closely with Courtney Brown, Zenith Bid Manager.
Nathan joined from school in 2015 as a steeplejack apprentice. He is an integral part of our team, working on projects around the world, including in Malaysia, Abu Dhabi, Holland, and Kazakhstan. Nathan is a Senior Site Supervisor and is on the pathway to becoming a Zenith Site Manager.
Zenith Group offers a range of early career opportunities. We are looking forward to our next event on Thursday, 5th December, at Newbattle Campus.
