Zenith has revolutionised the process of replacing offshore flare tips with our extensive range of bespoke lifting frames. This innovative solution eliminates the need for expensive barge cranes and helicopters by mounting the lifting frame directly at the top of the flare stack. Our design takes the weight of the old tip as it is lowered to the deck and lifts the new replacement tip into position. This approach has been adopted worldwide in refineries, petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, and FPSO’s. Our design capabilities deliver significant benefits, even in remote and demanding locations.

We have continued to evolve our comprehensive range of lifting frame designs, and recently designed, built, and tested a lifting frame suitable for safely replacing five flare tips simultaneously.
