At Zenith , we are dedicated to promoting construction as a viable career choice for women at every level. Meet Courtney Brown, who joined us in 2018 as a graduate temp after completing her BA Hons in English Literature with Spanish. Working within our team, Courtney relished the challenge, innovation, and variety of projects offered at Zenith.

With the support of Zenith, Courtney continued her education and completed a PGDip in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying on day release, working alongside key members of our team. From starting as a temp Administrator, she has progressed to become the Bid Manager and is a highly valued member of our team.

Courtney’s unwavering commitment to delivering results is admirable. She is currently pursuing a HNC in Engineering to enhance her understanding of Zenith’s technical capabilities.
