At Zenith, we value our apprentices and take pride in their contributions to our business. We offer apprenticeship opportunities across all our divisions, with endless possibilities for growth and development.

Our apprentices are an integral part of our team, and we provide them with guidance, mentoring, industry qualifications, and support to help them build a fulfilling career path. Many of our apprentices have progressed through the business and now hold senior positions.

Meet Sinead Bruce:
Sinead Bruce joined Zenith in 2021 as an Apprentice Administrator. She showed interest and initiative to progress and is now a valuable member of Zenith’s estimating team, working on costings and quotes for global projects.

Sinead says, “Zenith is a fantastic workplace that challenges you to constantly improve and take on new tasks, making the work engaging and never monotonous. The management team is supportive and understanding, especially when you’re starting out, and encourages you to strive for excellence.
