About the Role
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our estimating team. We’re seeking someone who:
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is well-organised, with strong planning abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines
- Brings at least one year of experience in a similar role
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with logging and tracking project and supplier data
- Support internal handovers and coordination between teams
- Help maintain documentation and ensure records are accurate
- Monitor shared inboxes and update internal trackers
- Attend planning and handover meetings, taking notes and following up on actions
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to admin tasks
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with SharePoint or Planner is a bonus
- 0–2 years of office experience
- Relevant apprenticeship or training in business administration or project support
