Zenith Structural (“Zenith” or the “Company”), a leading UK provider of industrial inspection, maintenance and refurbishment services to petrochemical, cement and power sectors, has joined forces with Rainham and TEi, both H.I.G. Capital backed companies. The three companies will form a family of best-in-class industrial services providers.

Zenith provides steeplejack, specialist rope access, scaffolding, mechanical and other maintenance services to clients in demanding industrial end-markets. The business has an engineering solutions-led offering, with steeplejack and rope access heritage providing a differentiated go-to-market proposition. It operates from two locations across the UK and has built a strong reputation for innovation and design excellence.
