Our dedicated and highly qualified site operatives recently completed a major multi-flare tip replacement project on an offshore platform in Qatar, ensuring safety throughout the process. The 3 flare tips had weights of 1190 kgs each.

Our team of world-class in-house engineers designed a bespoke modular lifting frame that eliminated the need for expensive barge cranes and helicopters. The lifting frame was third-party verified at our UK test facilities before being shipped to Qatar. The same Zenith team was used for both the FAT and project execution.
