Innovative Vessel Access Solution from Zenith

Our long-term petrochemical client required a safe and innovative access system to facilitate inspections and repairs on a 60m x 5.5m diameter column. Traditional scaffolding would take too long, require a large workforce, and a large footprint at ground level. Our engineering and contracts teams collaborated to develop a unique solution for the upper levels. This involved using specialized modular components and traditional scaffolding, along with the implementation of a man-riding hoist. Our innovative design significantly reduced erection time with a team of 8 operatives. 

We have now been contracted to provide mechanical and maintenance services, removal and replacement of equipment, inspection works, cladding removal/reinstallation, grit blasting, and painting.
