Our commitment includes the annual recruitment of steeplejack and rope access apprentices, as well as apprentices within our business support team. Our program has seen numerous apprentices grow into valued members of our senior management team. We focus on identifying, encouraging, and developing every employee, through both academic and in-house training. Our proactive approach to nurturing talent has fostered working relationships with staff members spanning over 40 years, making our operatives a highly skilled, valued workforce by Zenith and our clients. We place a strong emphasis on diversity in the workplace and actively engage in community-based initiatives that significantly contribute to our success. Zenith supports Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) events and encourages employees to pursue professional qualifications. This commitment to continuous improvement ensures that our team remains at the forefront of industry standards and practices.
